Notes: Estimates refer to a single subject index. Additional indexes (cited author, etc.)
may be requested for an additional fee.

Variability in rates depends on the density of the book, the desired density of the index
and the required turnaround time.

For a precise estimate on any indexing project, please call or send a sample of 10 pages
from the middle of the book and an estimate of the total page count. I will provide a
total project estimate the same day.

Light Trade Books average 3-5 entry terms per page. Dense Trade Books average 6-10.

All first-time clients receive a 10% discount. All return clients receive priority and
accommodation on rush jobs.
